WHAT IS A VA?
A virtual Assistant (VA) is an Personal Assistant that works online. Contact & work is done all online, meaning you don’t need an office space. Many work per hour or provide customised packages so you don’t need to recruit an employee.

Do I identify as a VA? No, I also do face to face. I work mostly online but I am aware not everyone is computer savvy so I will work with you to make our working relationship work best and easiest for you.

WILL WE MEET IN PERSON?
My services are based mainly virtual and meeting via phone or zoom calls. However, I have seen with some clients that a face to face meeting is needed for some consults or tasks.
With this in mind I do offer the option of purchasing a face to face consult to go through your needs and see what tasks need onsite support or what can be completed virtually.
Whist virtual services are available Australia wide, onsite visits are available in Perth metro only and travel costs maybe included. Contact me via client contact form or phone to discuss onsite visit
CAN ADMIN OFFSITEÂ WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
Yes, you do need to pre-book in advance and ther may be additional costs for certain services for out of hours.
DO YOU HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
I will help you with preparation, invoice, accounts reconciliation, however I advise accessing a chartered accountant for meeting your legal obligations. I are happy to assist in putting you in touch with accountants
HOW MUCH IS IT?
My retainer hours are pre-purchased time based on an hourly rate. Head over to the pricing page to check retainer options.
You have a calendar month to use up purchased hours or add more as required.
WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS OR PATIENTS DO THEY KNOW THEY ARE DEALING WITH ADMIN OFFSITE?
If you would me to identify as a seperate business, then yes, however when speaking and working with your customers or patients I introduce myself as calling from your business admin. This includes calls diverted through to me, I can see it is a call for your business and answer using your business intro.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE 24/7?
I work with a few businesses, I allocate set time to work with you. If the time runs over allocated times and I have the availability to continue I will, with your consent.

Communications out of set hours will be actioned within your set times. This practice is in line with my service mission of streamlining process to allow for more productive business. It works very well in allowing me to provide you uninterrupted work.
HOW DO YOU CONTACT MY CLIENTS?
We setup a VOIP line or you can provide a mobile. If you are a Perth based provider, we can organise an orientation.

Calls are forwarded to voicemail if you choose outbound calls only or I can answer if you choose specific working hours. Please be mindful if you do wish for calls to be answered within specific times i will charge an hourly rate for on call regardless if calls come though or not as I need to make myself available to you throughout this time.

HOW DO I PROTECT MY CLIENTS PRIVACY?

Prior to working together, we sign a privacy statement. I ask that you include within your service policies that you share information with your admin. I work mainly with your electronic medical records system only.
